1) Acceptance of these terms

By visiting the Site, downloading any printables, sharing content with our hashtags, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Who we are

WeLoveGVL is a community arm of Whimsy Wisdom Studios, the publisher of Color Me GVL. Our studio is based in Greenville, South Carolina.

3) Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products is owned by Whimsy Wisdom Studios or licensed to us. This includes, without limitation:

• The Color Me GVL name and series

• Characters: Ollie Otterman, Missy Foxcroft, Swampino Rabbitson

• All original illustrations, page layouts, rhymes, descriptions, design elements, logos, and brand visuals

• Compilations like our maps, guides, and buckets lists

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scan, trace, digitize, photograph, upload, republish, train AI models, mint NFTs, or create merchandise or derivative works from our content without written permission.

Classroom license

Teachers may make paper copies of bonus printables for students in their own classroom. No uploading of files to public sites, no sharing outside the class, and no resale.

Printables and PDFs

When you download printables from WeLoveGVL.com, you receive a single-user license for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reshare the files, post them to drives or marketplaces, or alter and redistribute them.

4) User content and permissions

If you submit, email, or tag us with #ColorMeGVL or #WeLoveGVL (for example on Instagram), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, repost, and feature your image with credit on our Site, social channels, newsletters, and retail listings. If you want us to remove a repost, email hello@welovegvl.com with the link and we will take it down.

Do not upload or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that you do not have rights to share.

5) Purchases and third-party stores

Some items may be sold through Amazon, Etsy, Lulu, Ingram, or other platforms. Those purchases are governed by the platform’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their systems, shipping, or billing.

6) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, download, or mass copy Site content

• Reverse engineer Site features or interfere with security

• Use our content for commercial products, AI training, or any automated dataset

• Misrepresent an affiliation with our brand

7) Copyright concerns (DMCA)

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whimsy Wisdom Studios will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or our content.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue is Greenville County, SC.
